789 Car Service Company was founded in 2013 and has a history of over a decade. The company initially focused on cross-boundary transfer services, as at that time, point-to-point chauffeured transfers were rare. Most services relied on ride-sharing or additional transfers, which could not fully meet the needs of passengers who valued privacy and safety. For many business clients, company representatives, or individuals who seldom relied on public transport, dedicated, direct, and safe transfer services were a necessity rather than a luxury. Recognizing this, we committed ourselves to building a complete cross-boundary transfer solution, supported by standardized procedures to meet real market demand.

As our client base expanded—particularly with the long-term support of many corporate clients—we were greatly encouraged. Clients consistently praised our stability, well-structured processes, patient customer service, reliable after-sales support, professional and punctual chauffeurs, and well-maintained vehicles. To align with corporate clients’ administrative and accounting needs, we formally established the company in 2013, opening a dedicated corporate bank account to facilitate compliant financial processes. This step also helped us gradually establish a professional reputation as a trusted cross-boundary car service provider.

Fleet Expansion

As our client base rapidly expanded—particularly among corporate clients—we scaled up our fleet to ensure sufficient vehicle capacity while maintaining consistent service quality. Our service territory, once limited to Hong Kong and Shenzhen, has now expanded across the Greater Bay Area, including Macau. This ensures that clients can enjoy the same level of stable and professional service across multiple cities.
In addition to cross-boundary services, we also introduced local transfers in response to client requests. Many clients who were highly satisfied with our cross-boundary services encouraged us to provide local Hong Kong transfers, enabling them to use our service with confidence for both cross-boundary and domestic journeys.
To further strengthen our operations, we implemented standardized procedures: in addition to invoices, we introduced detailed reservation orders, ensuring that every trip’s itinerary, passenger details, luggage arrangements, and driver information are clearly recorded. This enables our team to brief drivers thoroughly before each trip, helping them prepare adequately and ensuring that both drivers and clients experience a smooth, well-coordinated service.

After years of disruption during the pandemic and border closures, we were deeply grateful that many clients still remembered 789 and contacted us as soon as they required cross-boundary services again. In appreciation of this loyalty, we introduced a membership system.The membership program is divided into General, VIP, and S.VIP tiers, each offering differentiated benefits. These include tailored arrangements, preferential fee structures, and enhanced flexibility. The system is not designed to impose limitations, but rather to extend greater recognition and appreciation to our most loyal clients. Pet Transfer Service

With the growing demand from both families and corporate clients wishing to travel across the border with pets, we introduced our pet transfer service. This service provides pet owners with more flexible travel options while ensuring that their pets are safely accommodated. Our chauffeurs are trained to handle pet-related procedures and ensure that owners and pets can travel together comfortably across the border. Through this service, we not only serve our clients but also care for the most important members of their families.

Loyalty Rewards Program

To thank our long-term loyal clients, we launched a Loyalty Rewards Program. For every completed journey, clients earn points automatically based on their spending. These points can later be redeemed for discounts and other exclusive benefits.

Future Plans

We are aware that the market is filled with services that attract clients with unreasonably low prices, often leading to disappointment, fraud, or unreliable arrangements that damage client trust in the industry. At 789 Car Service Company, we remain committed to our standards. We refuse to compromise on quality and continue to provide transparent pricing and reliable service.
Alongside our Loyalty Rewards Program, we also plan to introduce periodic promotional campaigns in the future, giving more clients the opportunity to experience our services. While our prices may not be the lowest, our goal is to provide peace of mind: ensuring that clients never need to worry about whether their driver will arrive, whether they will be deceived, or whether hidden charges will apply. With us, clients can expect a secure, transparent, and reliable journey, only paying after the trip has been completed.
